RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, go to MyAccount from the Miix Mii homepage and follow instructions.
Once your request is approved and requires shipping, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a shipping label. Once the item is received, an exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued via original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and start a claim via MyAccount if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories, hair care products and custom orders. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions are in their original condition. For returns, any shipping related fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be processed in 3 - 5 business days once the product has been received.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the confirmation process is completed. Items returned that do not meet return eligibility requirements will be sent back to the customer. Additional shipping fees, in these cases, will be the responsibility of the customer. Specific instructions for shipping payment will be provided in the return authorization.
