SHIPPING RATES & FOB
- Customers receive free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. For other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be the responsibility of the customer in addition to any taxes, fees, or duties required by your local customs authority.
- Express shipping costs for ALL shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.
- All shipments are FOB (Free on Board) our warehouse located in Cordova, TN. We cannot guarantee carrier performance, therefore we are not responsible for shipping deficiencies such as lost product or shipment damage. We encourage all customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout for protection against lost or damaged orders.
Processing times
- Please allow 1 business day to process orders, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if shipping is upgraded to express.
- Shipping and delivery updates, including a tracking link, will be sent via email once the order has shipped. If you do not see a shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk, spam, or promotions folder.
- U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 3-4 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received and scanned by the carrier. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express and are expected to arrive within 2–8 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received and scanned by the carrier.
- Please note, if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
- For added security, signature confirmation is REQUIRED on all orders. We recommend using a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept and provide signature confirmation for package receipt.

Taxes & Duties
- For U.S. orders, state sales tax is charged on orders where required by local authority.
- All International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and must be paid to the local carrier or government in order to receive the package.
Other/Disclaimers
- Standard & express shipping costs and any other fees such as package protection are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries are out of our control and refunds cannot be issued while orders are marked "In Transit" by the carrier.
- All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please start a claim via MyAccount.
- We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We also encourage our customers to opt-in for package protection at checkout.
